After years working as master nougat and ice cream-makers, in Sirvent we have also acquired experience in traditional Christmas confectionary. Pastissets, typical of Mediterranean Christmas, are one of our specialities.
For this reason, for years we have been preparing pastissets with ground almonds, egg white and glacé sugar. A pleasure that melts in your mouth with the subtlety of marzipan and the intense flavour of the filling.
